  • AASH-Fashion is an Egyptian fashion brand offering women’s apparel.
  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Product Quality Commitment

  • All AASH-Fashion pieces are crafted with breathable, skin-friendly materials and tailored to fit real women’s bodies.
  • What you see is what you receive, our imagery, sizing, and descriptions are designed to reflect the actual product.
  • No layering surprises: every piece is designed to be complete, elegant, and easy to wear.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Once you place your order, you’ll receive an instant order summary via WhatsApp or email confirming that your request has been received.
  • Our team will contact you within 24 hours to verify details such as size and delivery information, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Your order is considered fully confirmed after this call/message and once payment is either completed or COD is approved.
  • Orders without confirmation or response within 48 hours may be automatically canceled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer local and regional shipping with estimated delivery between 3–7 working days depending on your location.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Extra charges may apply for remote or international areas. If this applies, we’ll notify you before shipping.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Sale items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless there is a product defect or issue).
