1. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped yet. Simply send us your order number and we will process the cancellation.
Once the order has shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you can still use our exchange or return options.
2. Are exchanges or returns allowed?
Yes, we offer exchange and return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchange: Available if the item does not fit or if you prefer a different size or color (subject to availability).
Return: Accepted for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that shipping fees for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Can I edit or add anything to my order?
You can edit or add to your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. Please contact us with your order number and the changes you would like.
If your order has already shipped, changes cannot be made, but you may request an exchange after receiving it.
4. What happens if my order is unclaimed or uncollected?
If your order is not collected, the courier will hold it for a few days before returning it to us.
Once received, we will contact you to reschedule delivery. A new shipping fee will apply. Refunds can also be processed, excluding the original shipping cost, provided the items are in perfect condition.
We recommend tracking your order and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
5. How do I ensure I choose the correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with exact measurements in centimeters.
We also provide model size references for comparison. If you are still unsure, send us your height, weight, and usual size, and we will recommend the best fit for you.
6. Are there additional shipping fees?
For some remote or unstable regions, couriers may apply additional charges. If this applies to your order, we will notify you before shipping.
7. What is your policy for on sale items?
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be refunded, unless there is a manufacturing issue.
Exchange is possible within 7 days, depending on availability. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees.
